About the Job
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Accounts Assistant to manage our day-to-day financial operations and reporting. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in financial documentation, reconciliation, taxation, and data management to support the organization’s accounting processes.Key responsibilities:
1. Utilize advanced Excel functions—including PivotTables, VLOOKUP, SUMIF, and COUNTIF—to analyze financial data and support accurate reporting.
2. Create, monitor, and manage cash flow statements for internal financial reviews and decision-making.
3. Update, maintain, and reconcile general ledgers regularly.
4. Perform periodic account reconciliations to ensure accuracy and compliance with financial standards.
5. Manage the preparation, processing, and distribution of invoices for clients and vendors.
6. Ensure timely processing and release of payments to vendors and candidates.
7. Maintain accurate, up-to-date financial records and documentation across all accounting systems.
