About the Job
As an Internship Manager at Basti Ki Pathshala Foundation, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of our organization by managing our internship program and fostering a positive learning environment for our interns. Your strong decision-making skills, effective communication abilities, and proficiency in English (both spoken and written) will be essential in this role.Key responsibilities:
1. Lead the recruitment process for interns, including interviewing candidates and making strategic hiring decisions.
2. Develop and implement onboarding and training programs to ensure smooth integration of interns into the organization.
3. Utilize HRIS to manage intern data and track their progress throughout the program.
4. Provide leadership and guidance to interns, fostering a collaborative and inclusive work environment.
5. Collaborate with the team to develop strategies for organizational development and growth.
6. Utilize MS-Office tools, including Excel and Word, for data analysis and reporting.
7. Manage community initiatives and events to promote a positive company culture and team spirit.
