About the Job
We are hiring experienced outbound voice professionals for an international lead generation process. The role involves connecting with international customers, understanding their requirements, and generating qualified leads while maintaining high-quality communication standards.Key Responsibilities:
1. Make outbound calls to international customers as per assigned leads
2. Explain products/services clearly and confidently to customers
3. Identify customer needs and generate qualified leads
4. Maintain accurate records of calls, customer responses, and outcomes
5. Achieve daily and monthly call and lead generation targets
6. Follow company scripts, compliance guidelines, and quality standards
7. Handle customer objections professionally and close conversations positively
8. Maintain excellent call etiquette and customer engagement throughout calls
Salary & benefits:
1. CTC: Up to ₹40,000
2. In-hand salary: Approximately ₹35,000
3. Salary will depend on last drawn salary and interview performance
4. Fixed day shift with Sunday off (great work-life balance)
5. Shift timing: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM (Day shift)
