About the Job
Key responsibilities:1. Manage the complete employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, promotions, transfers, and exit processes.
2. Ensure HR policies, labor law compliance, and workplace health & safety standards are followed and updated.
3. Maintain and optimize HRIS systems while generating HR reports on key metrics like turnover and performance.
4. Act as the first point of contact for employee queries, support engagement, and welfare initiatives.
5. Assist in performance management processes, training programs, and employee development initiatives.
6. Coordinate with vendors, support audits, manage documentation, and oversee HR-related asset management.
