About the Job
Key responsibilities:1. Handle the full employee lifecycle, including sourcing, interviewing, hiring, and exit formalities for assigned teams.
2. Plan and execute employee engagement activities to enhance workplace culture.
3. Facilitate the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a smooth transition, and providing necessary training and resources.
4. Work with the HR team and HODs to understand talent development roadblocks
5. Build the training plan for each team and execute it. This includes content development & execution.
6. Facilitate performance reviews for assigned locations.
7. Handle employee relations, resolve conflicts, and address problems to promote a healthy work environment.
