About the Job
Key responsibilities:A. Recruitment & Onboarding
1. Coordinate end-to-end recruitment (screening CVs, scheduling interviews, follow-ups).
2. Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and onboarding documents.
3. Conduct induction and joining formalities for new employees.
B. HR Operations
1. Maintain employee records, files, and HRMIS data.
2. Track attendance, leave records, and shift schedules.
3. Coordinate payroll inputs with accounts/payroll team.
4. Handle PF, ESIC, gratuity, and other statutory compliances.
C. Employee Relations
1. Address employee queries related to HR policies and procedures.
2. Support grievance handling and disciplinary processes.
3. Assist in employee engagement and welfare activities.
D. Policy & Compliance
1. Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
2. Support audits and HR documentation requirements.
3. Assist in drafting and updating HR policies and SOPs.
E. Performance & Training
1. Support performance appraisal processes.
2. Coordinate training programs and maintain training records.
F. Exit Management
1. Manage resignation process, full & final settlement coordination.
2. Conduct exit interviews and documentation.
