About the Job
Job purpose- To support end-to-end HR operations and recruitment activities, ensuring smooth employee lifecycle management, accurate data handling, and timely HR support.Key Responsibilities:
A. HR operations:
1. Manage onboarding and exit processes (on-roll & off-roll employees)
2. Maintain employee records, HRIS data, and documentation
3. Coordinate joining kits, laptops, ID cards, and system access
4. Support payroll inputs, attendance, and leave management
5. Prepare HR MIS reports (headcount, joiners, exits, attrition)
B. Recruitment support:
1. Conduct initial HR screening and recruitment calling
2. Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers
3. Track recruitment status and follow up on offers and joining
4. Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers
C. Employee support & compliance:
1. Address basic employee queries related to HR policies and processes
2. Support statutory compliance documentation (PF, ESIC, Gratuity, etc.)
3. Assist in internal HR initiatives and engagement activities
