About the Job
We are looking for a GeM sales executive who will be responsible for managing end-to-end activities on the Government e-Marketplace (GeM) portal, including product listing, order processing, and coordination for government sales.Key Responsibilities:
1. Handle day-to-day operations on the GeM Portal
2. Manage product uploading, catalogue maintenance, and pricing updates
3. Participate in BOQs, bids, and reverse auctions
4. Track orders, invoices, and payments on the GeM portal
5. Coordinate with internal teams for dispatch and documentation
6. Communicate with government buyers and departments
7. Ensure compliance with GeM and tender guidelines
8. Maintain records of orders, tenders, and locked cases
9. Conduct customer visits and prepaid meetings
Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Hands-on experience with GeM Portal
• Basic knowledge of government procurement & tenders
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Familiarity with MS Excel and documentation
• Ability to work independently and meet timelines
