About the Job
Key responsibilities:1. Assist the founder in strategic planning through market research, competitive analysis, and preparation of presentations, reports, and dashboards for internal and external stakeholders.
2. Support business growth initiatives, partnerships, and new projects by coordinating planning and execution.
3. Track key projects across teams to ensure timely execution, follow up on action items, and monitor milestones.
4. Analyze business data related to sales, operations, and product performance to generate insights that support decision-making.
5. Prepare and maintain MIS, including weekly and monthly performance and review reports.
6. Help streamline internal processes, documentation, and operational workflows for better efficiency.
7. Coordinate with cross-functional teams across sales, marketing, operations, R&D, and finance to ensure alignment.
8. Act as a communication bridge between the founder and execution teams to drive clarity and accountability.
