Key responsibilities:1. Own client accounts post-sale, acting as the founder’s execution partner to ensure on-time delivery
2. Work across internal teams and clients to drive projects to completion, not just coordinate them
3. Translate client requirements into clear style guidelines and creative directions using AI tools
4. Track priorities, timelines, and risks, and proactively resolve issues before they escalate
5. Support and execute growth and marketing initiatives directly with the founder
