We are looking for an FMS – L1/IT Operations Executive with 1–2 years of experience in IT operations, service desk, and coordination. The role involves managing IT tickets, coordinating with technicians and vendors, tracking tasks/projects, and supporting change management and audit activities.Key responsibilities:
1. Manage and monitor IT ticketing applications
2. Assign tickets to technicians and track resolution as per SLA
3. Perform regular follow-ups with technicians and internal teams
4. Track project/tasks progress and prepare status reports
5. Support change management activities and update ATR
6. Coordinate with vendors for IT renewals and purchases
7. Maintain IT documentation and assist in audit support
8. Ensure compliance with IT policies and procedures
