About the Job
Key Responsibilities:1. Manage end-to-end finance operations including accounting, taxation, compliance, reporting, and audits.
2. Oversee finalization of books of accounts, monthly/quarterly/yearly closures, and statutory filings.
3. Handle critical finance processes such as cash flow management, fund planning, working capital control, and risk mitigation.
4. Ensure accurate GST, TDS, income tax compliance, reconciliations, and timely payments
5. Lead budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and financial performance reviews with management.
6. Manage receivables, payables, credit control, and vendor reconciliations to ensure healthy cash cycles.
7. Coordinate with auditors, bankers, tax consultants, and regulatory authorities independently.
8. Monitor logistics-related financials such as freight costs, warehousing expenses, landed cost, and margin analysis (added advantage).
9. Implement and strengthen internal controls, SOPs, and process improvements across finance operations.
10. Provide strategic financial insights, MIS reports, and decision support to senior management.
