About the Job
Key responsibilities:1. Develop and implement social media strategies to build brand awareness and engagement across platforms
2. Align social media strategy with business goals and target audience preferences
3. Maintain a content calendar to ensure consistent and relevant posting
4. Create engaging content (posts, images, and videos) and curate relevant material for social feeds
5. Engage directly with followers, responding to comments and messages to build a community
6. Collaborate with customer service teams to handle inquiries or complaints and ensure positive brand interactions
7. Manage paid advertising campaigns on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn, including budget management, bid strategies, and optimization for ROI
8. Use analytics tools to track key metrics (engagement, growth, conversions) and generate reports to inform strategy adjustments
9. Conduct trend research and competitor analysis to keep content relevant and competitive
10. Stay updated on social media trends, emerging tools, and platform updates to enhance content and engagement
11. Collaborate with marketing, sales, and PR teams to align social media strategy with overall business objectives
12. Partner with influencers or brands to increase reach and credibility
13. Handle crisis management, responding promptly to negative PR or incidents to protect the brand's reputation
14. Maintain a consistent brand voice and reinforce brand identity across social media platforms
15. Drive measurable results through a dynamic and engaging social media presence that fosters brand loyalty
