About the Job
Role overview:The marketing manager will lead performance marketing, app growth, SEO, WhatsApp marketing, social media, branding, and PR. This role requires someone who understands user behavior in trading apps, is data-driven, and can scale growth responsibly within SEBI compliance.
Key responsibilities:
A. App growth & performance marketing:
1. Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads (UAC), Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) , focused on:
- App installs
- Retargeting
- Subscription conversions
2. Drive low CPI and high-quality installs with a clear focus on ROI.
3. Design and execute full-funnel strategies: Install → Registration → Engagement → Paid Subscription.
4. Experiment with creatives, audiences, landing flows, and app store optimization (ASO).
B. Analytics, tracking & user behavior:
1. Set up and manage Firebase, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and ad platform tracking.
2. Analyze:
- User acquisition sources
- Drop-offs in app journey
- Subscription conversion funnels
- Cohort behavior & retention
3. Use insights to continuously improve campaigns, onboarding flows, and engagement.
C. SEO & organic growth:
1. Build and execute an SEO strategy to drive high-intent organic traffic.
2. Optimize website and content for:
- Stock market keywords
- Trading-related searches
- App discovery & brand credibility
3. Work with content teams on blogs, landing pages, and educational content aligned with search intent.
D. WhatsApp marketing & CRM:
1. Own WhatsApp marketing strategy (broadcasts, automation, lifecycle communication).
2. Coordinate with tech teams for WhatsApp API flows:
- Onboarding messages
- Trade alerts (as per compliance)
- Subscription reminders & renewals
- Engagement & retention campaigns
3. Ensure messaging is compliance-safe, value-driven, and non-spammy.
E. Social media & content strategy:
1. Lead social media strategy across Instagram, X (Twitter), YouTube, and Telegram.
2. Plan and oversee:
- Reels, short-form videos, posts, stories
- Performance creatives for ads
3. Ensure content balances education, trust, performance highlights, and brand tone.
4. Track engagement metrics and continuously refine content formats.
F. Branding & PR:
1. Build Traders Circuit as a credible, trusted SEBI-registered brand.
2. Work on:
- Brand positioning
- PR coverage (fintech, markets, startups)
- Collaborations & partnerships
3. Ensure consistent brand voice across app, website, ads, social media, and communication.
G. Revenue & growth strategy:
1. Own marketing-led revenue growth.
2. Design campaigns to:
- Increase paid subscriptions
- Improve LTV
- Reduce churn
3. Identify and scale profitable channels: paid, organic, referral, influencer, and partnerships.
H. Team coordination & reporting:
1. Work closely with the founder, tech, design, content, and sales teams.
Translate business goals into actionable marketing plans.
2. Present weekly/monthly reports covering:

- Growth insights & next actions
