About the Job
Key responsibilities:1. Plan, execute, and optimise multi-channel digital marketing campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, Email & WhatsApp marketing)
2. Create high-impact visual and video content using AI tools (Midjourney, RunwayML, Sora, etc.) and traditional editing software
3. Regularly update and maintain company websites (mithtech.in & polemarch.in) - content uploads, SEO optimisation, landing page creation
4. Develop engaging social media content calendars and manage organic + paid growth across LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter/X, YouTube, and Facebook
5. Write persuasive copy for ads, blogs, email sequences, and website pages
6. Monitor, analyse, and report performance using Google Analytics, Search Console, and other tools; continuously improve ROI
7. Collaborate with the sales and operations team to create marketing collateral that converts leads into clients
8. Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and AI tools to keep our brands ahead of the curve
