About the Job
1) Brainstorm with clients to understand business goals, audiences, and content directions2) Contribute to digital strategy execution as defined by the internal team and client discussions
3) Create and manage social media calendars aligned with campaigns and brand tone
4) Set up and manage social media accounts across platforms as required
Publish and schedule social media posts ensuring accuracy, consistency, and timelines
5) Act as the client relationship manager for day-to-day coordination and communication
6) Capture and execute ad-hoc client requests and ensure timely internal alignment
7) Drive initiatives proactively to keep deliverables, approvals, and campaigns moving
8) Ensure accountability and follow-through on tasks, timelines, and client commitments.
