Working days & hours: 6 days a week | Weekly off can be taken any day except Saturday & Sunday | 10:30 AM – 7:00 PM

Role overview:

We are looking for a creative and execution-oriented design consultant with 0–2 years of experience to join our growing team. The role involves understanding client requirements, creating thoughtful bathroom designs, managing site execution, and ensuring a smooth client experience from concept to completion.

Key responsibilities:

A. Design & client consultation:
1. Understand client requirements, lifestyle needs, and design preferences.
2. Create functional and aesthetic bathroom designs aligned with MyBathspace standards.
3. Prepare design layouts, material selections, and 3D visualizations.
4. Present design concepts clearly to clients and incorporate feedback.

B. Site execution & coordination:
1. Assist in overseeing on-site execution to ensure design accuracy and quality.
2. Coordinate with site teams, vendors, and contractors for timely delivery.
3. Conduct site visits to track progress and resolve basic execution issues.

C. Client account management:
1. Act as a point of contact for clients during the execution phase.
2. Ensure clear communication on timelines, deliverables, and design changes.
3. Support in maintaining a smooth and satisfying customer experience.

D. Collaboration:
1. Work closely with the business development, procurement, and execution teams.
2. Maintain proper documentation, drawings, and project updates.
