Key responsibilities:Doctor Activation
-Reach out to registered doctors via calls, WhatsApp, and CRM tools
-Educate doctors on platform benefits, product catalog, and ordering process
-Drive first - order conversions and early repeat orders
Relationship Nurture
-Build rapport and maintain regular follow-ups
-Share relevant product updates, starter kits, and offers
-Address concerns related to pricing, delivery, and product fit
Sales Execution
-Meet weekly and monthly activation targets
-Promote starter packs and fast-moving bundles
-Encourage prescription routing through the platform
CRM & Reporting
-Maintain accurate CRM records
-Track doctor interactions and follow-up schedules
-Share feedback on doctor objections and market insights
Success Metrics (KPIs)
-Doctor activation rate
-First-order conversion rate
-Cost per activation
-Outreach productivity (calls/day, connects/day)
