About the Job
EuroDreams Eduverseas Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Customer Relationship Executive to support students through the overseas education process. The ideal candidate will be responsible for counselling students, shortlisting universities/courses, handling applications, and managing documentation while maintaining strong relationships with clients and internal teams.Key Responsibilities:
1. Counsel students regarding overseas education opportunities, universities, courses, and admission processes
2. Understand student profiles and assist in shortlisting suitable countries, universities, and programs
3. Manage end-to-end application processes, including form filling and submission
4. Prepare, verify, and maintain student documentation and records
5. Coordinate with internal teams for application follow-ups
6. Maintain regular communication with students to provide updates and guidance
7. Maintain CRM records and track student progress
8. Support the operations and counselling team in day-to-day activities
9. Provide excellent customer service and build long-term student relationships
