About the Job
Key Responsibilities:A. Creative instruction:
1. Lead engaging creative writing and story-visualisation workshops for children aged 6–12
2. Adapt teaching approaches to suit different age groups and learning styles
3. Create a safe, fun, and encouraging environment for self- expression
4. Provide thoughtful feedback to help children refine their ideas and stories
5. Collaborate with the team to design curriculum, activities, and learning resources
B. Brand & operations:
1. Support and manage brand collaborations and partnerships
2. Assist with administrative and logistical tasks related to classes and programs
3. Support and execute in-person events, workshops, and festivals
4. Contribute to the overall growth and leadership of The Book Baker brand
