About the Job
Key responsibilities:1. Provide professional and efficient customer support
Sourcing new sales opportunities through cold calls, networking, and referral
Responsible for price and service negotiation with customers
Effectively build the relationship with existing customers
Achieve sales goals and meet key performance indicators set by the company.
Follows company policies and procedures.
Work closely with shippers, vendors, and suppliers and complete errors on incomplete or inconsistent documentation
Schedule pickup of cargo and arrange bookings with ocean carriers and co-loaders/truckers.
Handle customer inquiries and questions to ensure customer satisfactions
2.Cold calling to find new customers
3.Email marketing with Indian and overseas partner
