Broadway Bus Lines is a fast-growing charter bus brokerage dedicated to delivering safe, reliable, and affordable group transportation across NYC, Long Island, Yonkers, and New Jersey. We work with schools, businesses, event planners, and travelers to provide seamless bus rental experiences. Key Responsibilities:
1. Respond to inbound leads via phone, email, and chat
2. Follow up with prospective clients and convert inquiries into bookings
3. Build and maintain relationships with schools, event planners, and corporate clients
4. Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth trip execution
5. Hit weekly and monthly sales targets and KPIs
6. Participate in training sessions to sharpen your sales and industry knowledge
7. Maintain customer information using our CRM system
What we're looking for:
1. 0–2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or a related field (fresh graduates welcome)
2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
3. High energy, positive attitude, and a hunger to grow
4. Self-motivated and able to work independently
5. Comfortable using basic tech tools (email, Google Sheets, CRM platforms)
6. Interest in travel, transportation, or events is a bonus
