About the Job
Key responsibilities:A. Domestic & International Sales
1. Develop and execute sales strategies for domestic and export markets.
2. Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
3. Identify and develop new international customers, distributors, and agents.
4. Manage key accounts across industries such as paints, coatings, plastics, inks,
B. Export & International Market Management
1. Handle export sales operations, including order finalization, pricing, and contract negotiation.
2. Strong knowledge of international markets (Asia, the Middle East, Europe, etc.).
3. Coordinate export documentation: Proforma Invoice, LC, BL, COO, MSDS, TDS, etc.
4. Ensure compliance with international trade regulations, customs, and export norms.
5. Work closely with logistics, CHA, and freight forwarders for smooth shipments.
6. Monitor global market trends, competitors, and pricing strategies.
C. Business Development
1. Conduct market research to identify growth opportunities in new regions.
2. Participate in international exhibitions, trade fairs, and customer visits.
3. Build long-term relationships with overseas customers and channel partners.
4. Develop export pricing strategies considering duties, freight, and currency fluctuations.
D. Technical & Product Support
1. Provide technical support to customers in coordination with R&D / production.
2. Understand pigment applications, shade matching, performance parameters, and quality standards.
3. Handle customer complaints and ensure timely resolution.
E. Team & Coordination
1. Coordinate with production, planning, QA, and finance teams.
2. Prepare sales forecasts and export plans.
