About the Job
This is a result-oriented B2B sales role in a corrugated box manufacturing company. The role focuses on new customer acquisition, order conversion, and payment discipline. This is not a branding, digital marketing, or social media role.Key Responsibilities:
1. Generate new B2B customers for corrugated boxes and packaging solutions.
2. Understand customer requirements and coordinate with production & QC.
3. Prepare quotations based on approved costing and specifications.
4. Follow up for order conversion and production release.
5. Coordinate artwork, sampling, and first-article approvals.
6. Track dispatches and ensure customer commitments are met.
7. Follow up for timely payment and resolve basic customer issues.
8. Maintain customer records, enquiries, and orders in ERP/CRM.
9. Handle customer complaints in coordination with QC team.
Note: This role is measured strictly on results: New customers- Order value- payment discipline.
