About the Job
Key Responsibilities:1. Drive B2B sales through partnerships with retailers, distributors, corporates, temples, event companies, and gifting partners.
2. Manage D2C sales channels including website, marketplaces, social commerce, and direct customer outreach.
3. Identify and onboard new distributors, resellers, and institutional clients.
4. Build and manage a sales pipeline; track leads, conversions, and closures.
5. Work closely with marketing and founders to execute sales campaigns and offers.
6. Negotiate pricing, contracts, and bulk orders.
7. Maintain strong post-sale relationships to ensure repeat business.
8. Track sales performance and prepare regular sales reports.
9. Meet monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
