About the Job
Key responsibilities:1. Drive sales for workshops, events, DIY kits, and platform offerings across Taabur and WonderLab
2. Manage client communication across calls, WhatsApp, emails and meetings
3. Handle the complete lead journey from enquiry to conversion and follow-up
4. Build business through parents, schools, and corporate partnerships
5. Prepare quotations, track invoices, and follow up on payments
6. Maintain and update CRM and client databases consistently
7. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution post-booking
8. Respond quickly to leads from ads, social media and marketing campaigns
9. Conduct outreach through calls and email campaigns to generate new leads
10. Nurture repeat business by reconnecting with past clients
11. Attend events when needed to gather insights and spot new opportunities
12. Share feedback on lead quality and conversions to support marketing efforts
