🌱 About the RoleWe’re looking for a customer-focused sales executive to handle outbound calling for abandoned orders, failed payments, and customer retention for our D2C brand.
This role directly impacts revenue recovery, repeat purchases, and customer experience.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
Call customers who have abandoned carts / failed orders
Understand objections and convert intent into completed orders
Handle post-purchase retention calls (re-orders, upsells, cross-sells)
Address basic customer queries and concerns confidently
Maintain accurate call logs, follow-ups, and conversion data
Meet daily/weekly conversion and revenue targets
Coordinate with support & operations teams when needed
