About the Job
We’re looking for a sales manager to drive the commercial growth of BeeGraphy’s product configurators. This is not mass sales. This is about finding the right clients, solving one real problem, proving value fast, and scaling only what works. You will work only with businesses, not universities or educational initiatives. Your mission is to turn complex, manual, error-prone sales processes into fast, measurable, automated workflows using configurators. One working client - one proven case - one scalable template.Key Responsibilities:
1. Identify the right clients: Focus on manufacturers and businesses with customizable products and manual pricing workflows.
2. Run structured sales diagnostics: Understand how pricing, approvals, and order handling work today. Identify where time, money, and leads are lost.
3. Sell through pilots, not promises: Start with one product. Build a simple configurator. Test it in real conditions.
4. Measure impact: Track speed, conversions, lead quality, and operational efficiency.
5. Expand proven accounts: Scale from one product to multiple products within the same client.
6. Build repeatable sales templates: Turn successful cases into reusable vertical solutions for scaling.
What you will not do:
1. Sell 'the platform'.
2. Promise everything at once.
3. Chase volume or random leads.
Target clients' primary focus:
1. Small & medium manufacturing companies.
2. Customizable, repeatable products.
3. Manual pricing and long approval cycles.
Priority industries:
1. Custom furniture.
2. CNC & panel products.
3. Windows, doors, stairs.
4. Made-to-order metal structures.
KPIs (What success looks like):
A. Initial phase:
1. 3–5 pilot projects.
2. 1–2 validated client cases.
3. 1 scalable industry template.
B. Growth phase:
1. Repeatable deal flow.
2. Higher average deal size.
3. Shorter sales cycles.
4. Expansion within existing clients.
