About the Job
We are hiring Customer Interaction Executives for an international voice-based collections role with a client. This role involves engaging with international customers, managing overdue accounts, negotiating repayments, and ensuring high-quality customer interaction while meeting compliance standards.Key responsibilities:
1. Handle inbound and outbound calls for international customers (US region)
2. Communicate professionally with customers regarding outstanding payments
3. Understand customer situations and negotiate suitable repayment options
4. Ensure timely follow-ups and accurate documentation of interactions
5. Maintain compliance with international banking and collections guidelines
6. Achieve daily and monthly collection and performance targets
7. Deliver excellent customer service while maintaining empathy and professionalism
8. Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to improve performance
Work Schedule & Shifts:
1. Rotational week-offs: Twice a week
2. US shift timings (as per business requirement)
Transport Facility:
1. Drop: Company-provided
2. Pick-up: Centralised pick-up points available
Transport Boundaries (FCS):
1. Kurla to Kalyan (Kurla & Kalyan nearby stations – Except Diva)
2. Thane to Mira Road via Ghodbunder
3. Chembur to Kamothe (Except Govandi & Mankhurd)
