As a Client Service Associate at Z1 Tech, you will be responsible for providing exemplary customer service to our clients. Your English proficiency, both written and spoken, will be crucial in communicating effectively with our clients. Proficiency in MS-Excel, MS-Office, and MS-PowerPoint will also be essential in managing client accounts and preparing reports.Key Responsibilities:

3. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions.

5. Prepare client reports and presentations using MS-Excel, MS-Office, and MS-PowerPoint.
6. Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products to existing clients.
