As the career expert in Mumbai, you will play a pivotal role in guiding learners toward the right career paths by offering personalized counselling, interview preparation, and placement support. This role involves supporting learners throughout their job-readiness journey while collaborating with internal teams to enhance the overall career development experience. You will mentor students, conduct career guidance sessions, and ensure high placement success across all programs.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Career guidance & counseling: Conduct personalized 1:1 career counselling sessions for learners. Understand learner goals and provide tailored career roadmaps and recommendations.
2. Job-readiness training: Train learners on interview skills, resume building, and professional communication. Conduct mock interviews and provide constructive feedback to improve hiring outcomes.
3. Placement support: Assist learners in preparing for company assessments and interviews. Track learner progress and ensure strong alignment between learner profiles and employer requirements.
4. Stakeholder & process management: Collaborate with academic and placement teams to enhance the student career experience. Maintain accurate records, trackers, and reports for counselling and placement activities. Perform any other reasonable duties as requested by management, aligned with the broad scope of the position.
