About the Job
The Care Captain will be stationed at a MediBuddy partner hospital, providing real-time assistance to patients who have booked appointments through the MediBuddy portal or app. This role is crucial in ensuring a seamless experience for patients visiting the hospital and involves direct interaction with patients to address their needs and concerns.Key responsibilities:
1. Serve as a representative at the hospital help desk, providing support and guidance to patients.
2. Ensure daily targets are met for various parameters, including bookings, attendance, and report generation.
3. Assist patients with their queries and provide solutions promptly and efficiently.
4. Coordinate with hospital staff to facilitate smooth operations and enhance patient experience.
5. Maintain accurate records of patient interactions and transactions.
6. Provide feedback and suggestions for process improvements to enhance service quality.
7. Collaborate with other team members to ensure the overall success of the help desk operations.
