About the Job
Key responsibilities:1. Manage end-to-end digital campaigns across YouTube and social media — from ideation and planning to execution, optimization, and reporting.
2. Plan and maintain content calendars, publishing schedules, and campaign timelines across platforms.
3. Execute daily content publishing and optimization, including captions, metadata, thumbnails, SEO, and scheduling.
4. Coordinate with internal creative teams (design, video, copy) to ensure timely and on-brand asset delivery.
5. Handle vendor management, including coordination, follow-ups, deliverables tracking, and execution alignment.
6. Track campaign performance and analytics, identify insights, and implement optimizations.
7. Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with clear learnings and recommendations.
8. Communicate campaign status, timelines, and performance updates with internal teams and clients.
9. Identify trends, viral formats, and platform updates and convert them into campaign and content ideas.
