About the Job
Key responsibilities:1. Identify and engage potential clients across residential, commercial, and industrial sectors.
2. Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of leads through networking, referrals, and digital outreach.
3. Present MYTY Solar’s solutions to clients, highlighting ROI, sustainability, and compliance benefits.
4. Negotiate commercial terms within pricing and discount limits approved by management.
5. Drive business expansion beyond Korba into Bilaspur, Raipur, and other regions. 6. Collaborate with technical and operations teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
7. Oversee end-to-end execution of assigned solar projects, ensuring timelines, quality standards, and compliance.
8. Act as the primary client liaison during execution, maintaining trust and satisfaction.
9. Coordinate with external stakeholders, including CSPDCL (for net-metering and grid approvals), banks (for financing and subsidy processes), government authorities (for permits and compliance), and vendors/suppliers (for timely procurement).
10. Ensure accurate completion of project documentation, approvals, testing reports, and handover records.
11. Support post-installation activities, including client handover, issue resolution coordination, and feedback collection.
12. Track sales performance, prepare reports, and contribute to strategic planning and market positioning.
