About the Job
You’ll manage the full sales pipeline — handle inbound leads, conduct meetings, build proposals, negotiate strongly, and close deals for digital/performance marketing and content services.Key responsibilities:
1. Inbound leads: Call and qualify incoming enquiries quickly and accurately.
2. Meetings: Schedule and run meetings with brand founders, marketing heads, and decision-makers.
3. Discovery: Understand growth goals, budgets, funnel gaps, and expectations (no shallow briefs).
4. Proposals: Create clear proposals covering strategy, deliverables, pricing, and timelines.
5. Negotiation: Handle objections, anchor value, and close without underpricing.
6. Closure: Convert qualified leads into signed retainers or projects.
7. Follow-ups: Track every lead to outcome; nothing falls through cracks.
8. Documentation: Take confirmations and record any scope changes.
