Key responsibilities:1.Identify and connect with potential companies for recruitment services
2.Generate leads through cold calling, LinkedIn, email outreach, and references.
3.Fix appointments and pitch recruitment solutions to HRs and business heads
4.Build and maintain strong client relationships
