Job description:ixamBee is an online test prep and learning company that leverages technology to customize content and make quality education accessible. We help unskilled graduates and undergraduates in preparation for competitive exams for jobs in the central government, banks, state governments, railways, LIC, etc. About 40 million students appear for such competitive exams every year, most of them coming from tier 2-3 cities and villages. More than 5 million students have benefited from ixamBee. ixamBee is a team consisting of professionals who have previously worked in IT, Banking, and the finance sector (RBI, MakeMyTrip, SIDBI, ICICI Bank, CARE Rating, HDFC Bank) and have graduated from top institutes such as IIM Ahmedabad, ISB Hyderabad, IIT Roorkee, IIT Bombay, Delhi University, and others.
Key responsibilities:
1. Understand the user's education and background to access learning requirements.
2. Explain product features, content and unique offerings of ixamBee to convert users into paid customers.
3. Take product feedback for further improvement in the product.
4. Participate in team discussions to make customer engagement and the sales process better.

Qualifications:

4. Excellent communication skills with fluency in English (writing, reading, and speaking) and Hindi (speaking).
5. Basic knowledge of MS Office.
