About the Job
Key responsibilities:1. Source candidates through job portals such as Naukri, Monster, social networking sites, referrals, and vendor networks.
2. Manage the full recruitment life cycle from requirement gathering to offer closure.
3. Screen and shortlist candidate profiles based on job requirements and client expectations.
4. Conduct preliminary interviews to assess communication skills, technical competency, and role suitability.
5. Coordinate and schedule telephone, video, and in-person interviews with candidates and clients.
6. Present shortlisted candidate profiles to hiring managers and clients.
7. Follow up with clients for interview feedback and hiring decisions.
8. Negotiate salaries and finalize compensation with selected candidates.
9. Extend job offers and complete required recruitment documentation.
10. Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
11. Communicate regularly with candidates regarding application status and new opportunities.
12. Coordinate with vendors and external partners as required.
13. Generate employee referrals through internal and external networks.
