About the Job
Key responsibilities:1.Operate production machines and equipment used in lithium-ion battery manufacturing.
Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure high quality and safety standards.
Perform basic troubleshooting of production tools, machines, and line equipment.
Support assembly, material handling, and inspection activities on the production line.
Maintain workstation cleanliness and ensure 5S practices are followed.
Assist in achieving daily, weekly, and monthly production targets.
Report abnormalities or machine issues to team leaders/supervisors.
Ensure compliance with all industrial safety and PPE guidelines.
Work collaboratively with team members to support smooth production flow.
Required Skills & Knowledge
Basic understanding of industrial tools, machinery, and safety practices.
Fundamental knowledge of electrical concepts (AC/DC, Ampere, Insulation Resistance).
Basic understanding of battery systems (preferred but not mandatory).
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and learn new processes quickly.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
