About the Job
We are looking for a dynamic and passionate artist manager to oversee the career development, branding, and opportunities of artists. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing relationships, negotiating contracts, coordinating projects, and ensuring artists achieve their professional goals while enhancing the company’s reputation.Key Responsibilities:
1. Talent development: Guide artists in building and enhancing their brand, creative direction, and career growth.
2. Client relations: Act as the primary point of contact between artists, clients, sponsors, and other stakeholders.
3. Project coordination: Plan and oversee projects, tours, shows, and appearances to ensure smooth execution.
4. Negotiation & contracts: Handle negotiations for performance fees, licensing, partnerships, and endorsements.
5. Marketing & promotion: Collaborate with marketing teams to design campaigns, secure media coverage, and expand the artist’s reach.
6. Financial oversight: Assist in budgeting, financial planning, and monitoring income streams.
7. Networking: Build and maintain strong industry relationships with producers, agents, venues, and brands.
8. Problem solving: Address challenges, disputes, and logistical issues effectively and diplomatically.
9. Compliance: Ensure legal, contractual, and ethical standards are followed.
