We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Architect to join our team at Maparc Associates Private Limited. As an Architect, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of exciting projects and collaborate with a talented team of professionals. We are looking for someone who is proficient in AutoCAD, Google SketchUp, Autodesk Revit, and MS-Office.Key responsibilities:
1. Create detailed architectural drawings and 3D models using AutoCAD, Google SketchUp, and Autodesk Revit.
2. Collaborate with clients and team members to develop design concepts and solutions.
3. Prepare presentations and proposals for clients using MS-Office.
4. Conduct site visits and surveys to gather relevant information for project planning.
5. Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project deadlines are met.
6. Stay current with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve design processes.
7. Ensure all projects adhere to building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
