Key Responsibilities:1. Develop and maintain Android & iOS apps using Flutter
2. Implement features like: Attendance modules, tickets & issue management and notifications (SMS/Push/WhatsApp integration)
3. Integrate mobile app with Laravel/CodeIgniter backend APIs
4. Work closely with UI/UX designer to implement clean designs
5. Fix bugs, improve performance, and optimize app usability
6. Participate in testing and app release cycles
