About the Job
Key Responsibilities:1. Design, develop, and fine-tune machine learning and deep learning models for real-world business use cases
2. Fine-tune pre-trained models including OpenAI and Gemini models for domain-specific applications
3. Apply prompt engineering techniques to improve accuracy, consistency, and reliability of AI outputs
4. Build and maintain backend services to deploy and serve AI/ML models via scalable APIs
5. Work extensively with MongoDB for storing training data, embeddings, inference outputs, and model metadata
6. Design optimized database schemas and aggregation pipelines for AI and ML workloads
7. Integrate OpenAI and Gemini models into production systems with efficient prompt, embedding, and inference workflows
8. Implement AI cost optimization strategies such as prompt optimization, batching, caching, model selection, and token usage monitoring
9. Deploy, monitor, and retrain models using MLOps best practices to handle performance and data drift
10. Collaborate with product and engineering teams to deliver secure, scalable, and cost-efficient AI solutions
