About the Job
Key responsibilities:A. Administrative & Operational Management
1. Scheduling: Manage and maintain the class schedules, including faculty assignments, classroom allocation, and batch timings across all subjects.
2. Resource Management: Oversee the inventory and distribution of study materials, textbooks, question papers, and necessary classroom supplies.
3. Documentation: Maintain up-to-date and organized records of student enrollment, attendance, fee payments, and performance reports.
4. Facility Oversight: Ensure classrooms and common areas are clean, safe, and conducive to learning.
B. Student & Parent Communication
1. Inquiries & Admissions: Handle student and parent inquiries (in-person, via phone, and email), provide course information, and manage the registration/admission process.
2. Fee Management: Coordinate with the accounts department or directly manage the collection, tracking, and reconciliation of student fees.
3. Feedback Loop: Act as the primary point of contact for student/parent grievances, suggestions, and urgent communications (e.g., class cancellations, schedule changes).
C. Faculty & Staff Support
1. Communication Hub: Serve as the liaison between the center's management and the teaching faculty.
2. Support: Assist faculty with logistical needs, including photocopying, setting up technology, and distributing assignments/test papers.
3. Attendance Tracking: Monitor and record faculty attendance and class completion.
D. Academic & Performance Tracking
1. Test Coordination: Schedule and coordinate internal tests, mock exams, and parent-teacher meetings.
2. Reporting: Compile and distribute performance reports and scorecards to students and parents promptly.
3. Data Analysis: Assist in collecting and analyzing student feedback on courses and faculty.
This is a full-time position.
Working hours may include evenings and weekends to accommodate class schedules and parent meetings.
