About the Job
This role supports accounts and ERP entries in a corrugated box manufacturing company. Accuracy, discipline, and follow-up matter more than speed. This is not a CA article-ship or tax-only role. It is ERP-driven plant accounting.Key Responsibilities:
1. Assist in accounting entries related to purchases, sales, and inventory.
2. Support posting of GRNs, invoices, and credit/debit notes in ERP.
3. Coordinate with store, dispatch, and production teams for data accuracy.
4. Maintain proper documentation for audits and reviews.
5. Track scrap, rejections, and adjustments as per instructions.
6. Support GST-related records and basic compliance work.
7. Ensure entries are done in Business Central – no parallel registers.
8. Prepare basic MIS and reports using Excel.
Note: All accounting and inventory records are ERP-driven. If it is not entered in the system, it is treated as not done.
