Key Responsibilities:1. Student admissions: Drive the complete enrollment lifecycle for premium online degree programs.
2. Consultative selling: Conduct in-depth counseling sessions with working professionals and students to align their career goals with our UG/PG offerings.
3. Lead management: Handle high-quality inbound leads and perform outbound follow-ups to maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
4. Target excellence: Achieve and exceed monthly revenue and enrollment targets in a fast-paced environment.
5. Reporting: Maintain rigorous documentation of leads and conversions in the CRM.
