Position: Wealth Management Trainee
Role Type: Client Acquisition & Relationship Development (Client-Facing Role)

Mint Global LLC, a Dubai-based Wealth and Real Estate Advisory firm, is expanding its India operations across Delhi NCR & Chandigarh. We invite final-year students & fresh graduates to join our 3 or 6 Months Management Trainee Program & kickstart your career in Wealth Management.

Founders’ Background:
Mint Global is led by founders with 25+ years of experience across Wealth Management, Real Estate and Skill Training. They have built and exited successful ventures (including Indian Realty Exchange acquired by Quikr) and have been associated with leading institutions such as IIMs, SRCC & FMS as alumni and faculty.


Program Highlights:
Structured 3 or 6 Months Management Trainee Program
1-Week Induction & Orientation Training (mandatory)
Hands-on exposure to Wealth Management (India & Global)
Pre-Placement Offer (PPO) opportunity from ₹ 3 Lac to ₹ 12 Lac

Eligibility:
Final-Year UG / PG Students or Fresh Graduates
0–1 year of work experience
Strong communication skills & willingness to learn
Career-oriented mindset with interest in Finance & Wealth Management

Stipend & Career Progression:
Management Trainee Period (3 or 6 Months): 
₹15,000 per month + Incentives
PPO opportunity after successful completion of Trainee Period: 
₹3 LPA to ₹12 LPA + Incentives

Office Locations: Delhi, Gurugram, Noida, Chandigarh, Zirakpur, Panchkula, Mohali

Roles & Responsibilities: This is a client-facing, performance-driven role focused on advising clients on Global Equity Funds and cross-selling strategic real estate opportunities as part of holistic wealth creation. The key responsibilities include:
Identify and onboard Retail, HNI & NRI clients for Global Equity Funds
Generate leads and drive sales through referrals, cold calls, digital platforms & networking events
Engage clients to understand their financial goals, risk profile & investment horizon
Educate clients on global diversification, currency advantage, and long-term wealth creation through Global Equity Funds
Cross-sell strategic real estate opportunities in India & Dubai to suitable investors
Build & manage a network of lead-generation associates such as CAs, financial advisors & banking professionals
Coordinate with internal teams for client onboarding, documentation, follow-ups, and transaction execution
Maintain client data, follow-up trackers, and sales pipeline
Develop basic understanding of financial products, advisory process, and portfolio allocation
