About the Internship
As a Telecalling intern at Webaxis Software Services, you will play a crucial role in communicating with clients and potential customers over the phone to promote our products and services. 3. Maintain accurate records of all communications in MS-Excel for future reference.
4. Follow up with prospects via phone and email to nurture leads and close sales.
5. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop scripts and strategies for effective telemarketing campaigns.
6. Provide feedback to the management team on customer preferences and market trends.
7. Continuously strive to improve communication skills and product knowledge to better serve our clients.
