About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Translate strategic positioning into landing pages, product interfaces, and cohesive visual frameworks.
2. Build and refine reusable design systems, including grids, typography, color logic, and spacing rules.
3. Improve existing web pages for clarity, hierarchy, usability, and conversion.
4. Ensure visual coherence across web, newsletters, social media, and product interfaces.
5. Design public-facing assets for essays, launches, fellowships, programs, and marketing campaigns.
6. Create intentional social and marketing creatives, presentation decks, and simple motion elements where required.
7. Collaborate closely with the product team to enhance UI, user flows, dashboards, and assessment interfaces while optimizing usability and cognitive load.
8. Participate in feedback loops and rapid iteration cycles to continuously improve outputs.
9. Audit and elevate overall design quality by identifying inconsistencies, simplifying clutter, and strengthening coherence across typography, spacing, and tone.
10. Engage in strategy discussions, translate positioning into design decisions, receive and provide constructive feedback, and iterate quickly in a dynamic environment.
