About the Internship
The selected intern will take ownership of Cognizavest’s visual identity and daily design execution across social media and marketing campaigns.Day-to-day responsibilities include:
Designing high-quality Instagram creatives (carousels, posts, stories, covers, thumbnails) aligned with Cognizavest’s premium branding
Creating Meta ad creatives (static + carousel + story formats) with performance mindset (CTR, clarity, hook-based layouts)
Designing course marketing assets: posters, banners, webinar creatives, launch creatives, announcement designs
Designing certificates, internal templates, and brand documents (clean layout + professional typography)
Working on merchandise design and print-ready creatives (notebooks, covers, minimal brand merch when required)
Maintaining strict brand consistency (colors, fonts, spacing, layout system) across all creatives
Preparing files for execution: correct sizing, naming, exporting, and maintaining organized folders
Coordinating with marketing/team for briefs, deadlines, and daily updates (fast iterations + feedback cycles)
Supporting occasional basic motion/video work (reel covers, simple animations, edits) — preferred, not mandatory
Quality expectation: We need designers who can create premium, clean, bold, high-conversion visuals, not basic Canva templates.
